Assisted in bone marrows, sendouts (flow, cyto, FISH, BM), grossing lab. Attended hospital's weekly Tumor Board Conference for further education. It entailed presentation of radiology, oncology and pathology (three cases). I have a strong understanding of the inner workings of a hospital, doctor's expectations, medical records, HIPAA, JCAHO & CAP training, lab tests and equipment. Very personable, efficient, great pride in work, take initiative to correct or make better. Type fast and accurate, and I love what I do. Have references.
